Feature Request: Include performance breakdown for all attempts.

Include performance breakdown (response time duration and response time across a session) available for individual attempts to see how environmental factors influence it (sleep debt, stress, noise, etc) affect the srtsd. A "note" feature would be nice to keep track of environmental factors for each attempt. I'm referring to reaction time but this could be applied to any benchmark and iq tests.
This just came up while writing this, perhaps recording age in benchmarks would be nice?
