every row has one field where geometric element is crossed with a +
shape of the geometric element
dots outside vs. inside, maybe even number of dots, don't remember now :D

Its 'B' since the scribbles are just distractions looking beyond that you can see that each row needs a: circle, rotated square, and a upright square and looking at the last row it contains a: rotated square, circle and through common sense we can know the next one has to be an upright square and the only one that has an upright square is B.
