The International Personality Item Pool (IPIP-NEO-PI) is a public-domain adaptation of Costa & McCrae's renowned NEO-PI-R personality test. Through 120 questions you'll indicate how well each trait describes you.
Your answers are converted to T-scores and percentile ranks on the five broad personality domains collectively known as the Big Five: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism.
Raw scores are compared with a large normative sample (≈500,000 adults) to calculate your position on each scale. Higher T-scores (above 50) indicate more of the trait relative to the norm, while lower scores indicate less. Results are intended for self-reflection and educational use, they are not a clinical diagnosis.
Set aside about 10-15 minutes. Answer as honestly and spontaneously as possible, there are no wrong answers.
